Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange. 

However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error and design issues. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at lauren@laurenbaker.co with pictures of the error and issue on the items.

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us. If issues arise with a replacement order, we can offer you a refund.

Note: this applies to the products in the shop only. This does not apply to digital products (graphics, videos, logos, flyers, files, etc.). For more information regarding digital products please refer to your commission agreement.
